Name: Roll Film/Packaging Film Roll

Material: Typically composed of 2 to 3 layers of films with different properties, also known as composite film.

Functions: Taking a three-layer composite roll film as an example, the functions of each layer are as follows:

1. First Layer: Primarily for printing, while also providing puncture resistance, light blocking, and other functions. Common materials include polyester, nylon, biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP), paper, etc.

2. Second Layer: Acts as an overall protective layer, offering functionalities such as aroma retention, light blocking, barrier properties, etc. Common materials include aluminum foil, metallized film, polyester, nylon, etc.

3. Third Layer: Mainly responsible for sealability and flexibility, formulated into various composite roll film structures as needed.

Printing Layout: Gravure nine-color printing technology is used.
Packaging Film Roll Specifications: The width ranges from 2~50cm; the thickness ranges from 0.8 mil to 30 mil; the length can be customized as required.
