Complete Payment & Arrange Shipment
After production is completed, the remaining balance is paid before shipment. We then arrange dispatch according to the confirmed shipping method and provide the relevant shipping information.

Do I need finished artwork before requesting a quote?
No. Finished artwork is not required to start an inquiry. Packaging format, size, quantity and other project requirements can be discussed first. Artwork can be provided later.
Can I get samples before placing a custom order?
Yes. Available stock samples can be provided free of charge, with the buyer covering the shipping cost. If you need a sample made according to your own size, material structure, packaging format or artwork, we can also arrange a customized sample for a sample fee.

What are your payment terms for custom packaging orders?
Custom orders are normally arranged with a deposit before production. Once the order details are confirmed and the deposit is received, we arrange production. After production is completed, the remaining balance is paid before shipment.
