What Our Case Studies Show
Real Project Experience, Explained Through the Work
Our packaging case studies focus on the actual work behind selected projects — the customer requirement, packaging challenge, sampling process, technical discussion and production preparation. Where confidentiality applies, sensitive customer and product information is not disclosed.
Custom Packaging Development
See how individual projects begin with specific pouch formats, sizes, materials, product requirements or functional packaging concepts.
Project RequirementsSampling & Refinement
Selected cases document how sampling can help identify issues, evaluate pouch performance and support adjustments before larger production runs.
Development ProcessDirect Technical Collaboration
Project stories can include technical discussions, customer feedback, factory visits and other communication used to clarify packaging requirements.
Customer CollaborationProduction Quality Control
Where relevant, our case studies explain the sampling, inspection or production-control steps used for the individual packaging project.
Production ProcessBuilt Around Project Details, Not Generic Marketing Claims
The purpose of this case study library is to show how packaging projects are handled in practice. Each published case is based on information that can be responsibly shared while respecting the customer’s confidentiality requirements.
Customer names, finished artwork, proprietary structures, technical parameters or other sensitive information may be removed from a published case study when confidentiality is required.

200,000 Custom Spout Pouches for a South African Beverage Project
This project involved a custom-shaped spout pouch designed around a functional internal release concept. Approximately two rounds of sampling were used during development, an early leakage risk around the internal separation area was identified, sealing conditions were adjusted, and functional testing was carried out before the project moved into a 200,000-pouch production order.
Client identity and confidential product details are withheld.

Not every customer project can be published. We add new case studies when project information, photographs or technical details can be shared without compromising customer confidentiality.
Case Study
More Types of Packaging Work Will Be Added
Future case studies will continue to focus on projects where the development process, technical challenge or production coordination can help buyers understand how Runlong Pack works.
Projects involving non-standard pouch formats, structures or functional requirements.
Packaging projects shaped around the needs of coffee, snacks, pet food, beverages and other products.
Projects where sampling, testing, customer feedback or production preparation plays an important role.
New projects will be added when there is meaningful information that can be shared and the customer’s confidentiality requirements allow publication.
