Review the format, material and printing route
We discuss pouch dimensions, closures, barrier needs and filling conditions. Digital or gravure printing is evaluated around your format, size, quantity and SKU count—not one universal minimum order.
Review your free digital mockup
With the necessary logo and design information, the initial preview is typically completed within 2 days. Tell us which visual details need adjustment; complex original artwork and additional design scope require project review.
Confirm production artwork and sample needs
Review the actual pouch drawing, copy, barcode, colors and print-ready layout. Where suitable, arrange a physical sample or reference sample to evaluate fit, material and sealing. Sample availability and charges depend on the product.
Approve the order and plan delivery
Confirm specifications, artwork, quotation and required payment before production scheduling. The 2-day mockup timing is separate from sampling, printing, manufacturing and shipping.

Yes. Runlong Pack offers a free static digital packaging mockup for custom packaging projects. Physical samples, printing and production are separate. Complex original design work and additional design scope need individual review.
How long does the mockup take?
It is typically ready within 2 days after we receive your logo, design direction and necessary packaging information. We will confirm timing if information is missing or the request needs additional review. This is not the production or delivery lead time.
Can I start without a print-ready design?
Yes. Provide your logo and design ideas. We can assist with basic layout and assess a sketch, reference image or AI-generated concept. A logo and clear direction help us start; finished production artwork still needs approval.
Do I have to use AI?
No. AI is simply one way to communicate your ideas. Written instructions, your existing artwork and suitable reference images are also welcome.
Can I rotate the mockup online?
The service described here provides a static digital preview, not a self-service interactive 3D viewer. It helps you review the visual direction before discussing the final production layout.
Will the final bag look exactly like the preview?
A mockup is a visual reference. Screens, print processes, film surfaces and finished pouch construction can change the appearance. Confirm artwork, color expectations, structure and appropriate physical samples before production.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on pouch type, dimensions, material, printing method and quantity per design. Share your planned order so we can evaluate a suitable route. Requesting a mockup does not establish a universal minimum or production price.
