Product Protection
Protection Built Around What’s Inside
Pet food packaging must protect taste, texture and product quality from filling to final use. We help select a practical barrier structure around your product and packing process.
Moisture Barrier
Helps dry food and freeze-dried products resist humidity and maintain their intended texture during storage.
Oxygen Barrier
Helps slow oxidation of fats, flavors and sensitive ingredients to support the product’s target shelf life.
Odor Containment
Helps retain product aroma inside the pack and limit unwanted odor transfer throughout storage and transport.
Puncture & Load Resistance
Supports heavier fills and helps the package withstand sharp kibble, stacking and everyday distribution handling.
Structure selection starts with your product. Share the food type, fat content, target shelf life, filling method, pack weight and destination market with our team.

Questions Before Starting Your Project?
These answers cover the information customers most often need when planning custom pet food bags.
Which pet food bag formats can you customize?
Options include eight-side-seal flat bottom bags, stand up pouches, spout pouches and other flexible packaging formats. The suitable format depends on the product, capacity and intended use.
How do I choose the right material structure?
Share the food type, fat content, target shelf life, pack weight, filling conditions and destination market. These details help guide the required moisture, oxygen, odor and puncture protection.
Can you print our custom artwork and branding?
Yes. Custom artwork, colors and finishes can be reviewed for production. Provide editable artwork when available, and confirm the final layout and print details before production approval.
Can I request samples before placing an order?
Available sampling options depend on the project stage and specification. Existing samples can help evaluate size, format and material feel, while custom samples may require confirmed artwork and technical details.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Please provide the bag style, dimensions, order quantity, product type, desired features, artwork status and delivery destination. Photos or samples of an existing package are also helpful.
What are the MOQ and production lead time?
MOQ depends on the bag format, size and printing method. For digital printing, orders can normally be ready for shipment within 7–10 days after artwork approval. For rotogravure printing, cylinder making normally takes 3–5 days after artwork approval, followed by approximately 10–20 days before shipment.
