Tell us your cookie dimensions, pack count, tray requirements and quantity per design. We supply empty packaging—not filled cookies.

Cookie Packaging Built Around the Recipe
Crisp Cookies and Biscuits
For products sold for their crunch, review moisture exposure and the intended storage conditions. Explain the recipe, selling format and distribution route so the material can be assessed rather than selected by appearance alone.
Soft-Baked Cookies
A soft cookie needs a different texture target from a crisp biscuit. Share the product condition, target shelf life and packing process; a generic “high barrier” description cannot establish the right moisture balance or food safety.
Butter, Oat and Chocolate Recipes
Fat content, inclusions and coatings affect the packaging brief. Discuss oxygen and light sensitivity, surface oil and storage temperature, especially for delicate chocolate-coated or high-butter products.
Resealable Pouches That Fit How Your Cookies Are Sold
Stand-Up Zipper Pouches
A bottom gusset provides filling space and a standing base for a multi-cookie retail pack. Review how the filled bag stands, how easily cookies pass through the opening and whether customers can reach the remaining contents.
Clear Window or Opaque Artwork
A window can show the actual cookies; an opaque printed design offers more uninterrupted artwork and other light-protection options. Choose window position around the real fill level rather than showing an attractive but mostly empty area.
Tray-Compatible Bag Layouts
A tray or insert may help organize fragile cookies, but it changes the required opening and usable bag volume. Send the tray’s outside dimensions and loading direction so the bag can be evaluated around it. Tray supply is confirmed separately.

A Zipper Adds Convenience—Not Crush Protection
Reseal After Opening
The zipper supports repeat opening and closing. It does not replace the initial heat seal above it, and repeated opening changes product exposure. Do not treat a zipper as a guarantee of the unopened or opened food shelf life.
Control Movement and Compression
A flexible bag is not a rigid protective box. Evaluate cookie fragility, arrangement, bag fit, optional insert and outer carton together. Excess movement can increase breakage, while overfilling can compress the product.
Check the Shipping Pack
Test representative filled bags in the planned secondary packaging and distribution conditions. Compare breakage, presentation and seal condition after handling; no bag image establishes a verified transport result.

Start with the cookie, then develop the bag
A printed pouch can communicate your brand while keeping the format convenient. The zipper, usable opening and bottom gusset still need to work with the real product. Printed weights on these concepts are not standard capacity specifications.
For fragile cookies, send a product photo and any tray dimensions along with your target pack weight. We can help evaluate the bag drawing before a filling trial.
Materials, Window Areas and Food-Contact Documentation
Structure Around the Product
Compare suitable transparent, metallized or foil-containing structures against moisture, oxygen and light requirements. Thickness alone is not a substitute for relevant barrier data or a storage evaluation of the finished food.
Window Feasibility
A clear area cannot retain continuous opaque aluminum foil or metallization. An opaque back with a transparent front can be evaluated, but it is not automatically equivalent to a fully opaque barrier structure. Agree the window and material together.
Food-Contact Review
We use food-grade raw materials, without recycled, secondary or scrap material. Available food-contact test documentation must be reviewed for the proposed structure and intended use, not presented as a universal FDA certificate.
Size the Bag with Your Actual Cookies
Start with Cookie Dimensions
Send the diameter or length/width, thickness, number of cookies per pack and target net weight. A 200 g butter cookie pack and a 200 g oat cookie pack do not necessarily need the same bag.
Include Tray and Zipper Clearances
State the external bag width, height and bottom gusset. Clarify whether the gusset figure is one folded side or total opened depth. Check usable space below the zipper, filling clearance and the final top-seal margin.
Approve a Filled Sample
Load representative cookies or the actual tray, operate the zipper and assess standing behavior, dispensing and carton fit. Confirm final dimensions in writing before approving production artwork.

Create a Printed Cookie Range That Looks Like Your Brand
Clear Product and Flavor Names
Keep the brand, cookie type and key product image easy to identify. Plan readable required text, ingredient/allergen information, barcode and date-code areas; buyers approve market-specific wording before production.
Finishes and Flavor Differentiation
Matte, gloss, soft-touch or selected special effects can be reviewed for the structure and budget. Use a consistent identity across flavors without sacrificing readability or placing important copy in seals, folds or window areas.
Digital or Gravure Printing
Compare the number of artworks, pieces per design, dimensions and repeat-order needs. Digital can suit suitable shorter runs; gravure is evaluated for stable artwork and larger quantities. Printing method alone does not decide the final MOQ.
Match the Premade Bag to the Filling Process
Manual or Semi-Automatic Packing
Confirm loading direction and opening width so cookies or trays can be inserted without damage. Check the actual sealant with your sealing equipment and keep crumbs and oil away from the final sealing area.
Compatible Premade-Pouch Lines
Give your equipment supplier the proposed bag drawing and filled-product brief. Opening, gripping, loading and sealing compatibility need checking; a standing zipper pouch does not work automatically on every packing line.
When Rollstock Is the Better Route
Many individually wrapped or pillow-pack cookies are formed from rollstock on compatible equipment. Compare that process separately rather than assuming a premade zipper bag replaces a machine-formed wrapper.
If your project needs machine-formed wrappers, review custom printed rollstock film with your equipment supplier’s approved drawing.
Printing, MOQ, Samples and Production Time
Digital Printing
Some suitable ordinary pouch projects can be evaluated from around 100 pieces. Approximately 1,000–3,000 pieces is generally recommended for better value. Maximum finished digital pouch width is approximately 37 cm; material and process compatibility still need review.
Gravure Printing
Ordinary custom pouch projects generally start around 10,000 pieces, subject to size, structure and artwork. Review quantity per design and cylinder requirements for a multi-flavor range.
Reference and Printed Samples
Available reference samples are normally free, with buyer-paid freight. Ordinary custom printed pouch samples are approximately USD 50–70 each; selected special finishes are generally USD 100–150 each, subject to confirmation.
For a qualifying gravure bulk order of more than 20,000 pieces per design, the sample fee may be refunded under the confirmed project arrangement. Separate bag types, such as flat-bottom pouches, use their own commercial and sampling rules.
Eligible digital production typically takes approximately 8–10 working days. New gravure cylinders normally take approximately 7–9 working days, followed by approximately 15–20 days of production after cylinders are completed. Timing starts after final artwork/specification approval and required payment; shipping is additional. Confirm the actual project schedule.

Custom Resealable Cookie Packaging Bags FAQ
Can I customize resealable cookie bags with my logo?
Yes, suitable projects can be evaluated with custom printed branding, dimensions, zipper and finish options. Send your cookie details, artwork and quantity per design so the specification and printing route can be reviewed.
Will a zipper keep cookies fresh for a fixed number of months?
A zipper supports reclosure but does not establish shelf life. Recipe, initial product condition, material performance, heat seals, opening frequency and storage all matter. Validate the finished food in the intended package.
Can the pouch prevent cookies from breaking?
A flexible bag is not a rigid crush-resistant container. Evaluate cookie arrangement, tray or insert where needed, bag fit and shipping carton together, using representative filled-pack handling tests.
Can I have a clear window on the cookie bag?
Suitable transparent areas can be evaluated with the print and material layout. Continuous opaque foil or metallization cannot also be transparent; window placement and protection requirements need a coordinated review.
Can a plastic tray fit inside the resealable pouch?
This can be evaluated from the actual tray’s outside dimensions and loading direction. Check the usable opening, space below the zipper and final seal area with a physical filling trial. Tray supply is assessed separately.
What is the minimum order for custom cookie packaging?
Some suitable ordinary digital pouch projects can be evaluated from around 100 pieces; approximately 1,000–3,000 pieces is generally recommended for value. Ordinary gravure projects generally start around 10,000 pieces, subject to size, structure and artwork.
Can you help if I do not have finished artwork?
Send your logo and design ideas. We can help with basic layout and provide a free static packaging mockup, normally within two days after the necessary information is received. Final print-ready files, wording and physical samples require separate approval.
Do you provide printed samples before bulk production?
Ordinary custom printed pouch samples are approximately USD 50–70 each; selected special finishes are generally USD 100–150 each, subject to confirmation. Available reference samples are normally free with buyer-paid freight. Reference samples do not confirm your final size or filled-pack performance.
